What I do:

I build applied AI products end to end, from messy real-world workflows to deployable systems.

Right now I'm building Zapdos Labs, an AI video search system inspired by "Ctrl+F for video." We turn factory cameras into real-time AI video agents for CPG plants. The infrastructure underneath is Unblink — our open-core universal video processing pipeline, now adopted by 1,300+ developers.

What I believe:

Manufacturing is the base layer of the global economy. It still accounts for roughly 14% of global employment and its output per person (MVA per capita) hit a record ~US$1,937 in 2024.

The world's manufacturing power has consolidated hard into Asia. Asia and Oceania produce 57.2% of global manufacturing value added (2024) and 47.2% of global manufactured-goods exports (2024).

Trade runs on manufactured goods. Globally, manufactured goods were nearly 79% of total exports in 2024.

So if you want to move the world, you don't start with apps. You start with the system that makes food, medicine, energy, housing, and transport physically reliable. The unlock is a compounding memory layer that turns every operational information into usable insights.

Beyond the day job

I founded Pickleball Social Crew — Singapore's most chaotic pickleball community. Weekly sessions, sunset mixers, and a growing crew of hundreds. I started it because I wanted more people to play with. Featured on CNA Deep Dive and Vasantham.
